Privacy policy
How we handle your information and protect your rights when you use membership, purchased resources and community features.
Information we collect
We process your email address and nickname when you register or sign in. Your email is used for verification, sign-in, password resets and checking access to purchased resources. It is not displayed on public community pages. Nicknames, posts, replies and reports may be processed to operate community features.
Individual purchases and downloads
Faith resources may be offered as individual purchases. A payment provider processes payments. Prayer Oasis may manage order numbers, purchased resources, payment status and date, download access and download records. Payment-method details such as card numbers are not stored in Prayer Oasis browser data or public data.
Providing the service and storing information
We may use Supabase authentication and data services for member authentication and purchased resources. Access is checked against completed orders. We accept account, purchase and post-related requests, subject to legal retention duties or dispute-handling needs. Names, reply emails, inquiry topics, resource identifiers and messages submitted through the contact form may be stored in Supabase to handle inquiries and customer history. We may use Resend to send new-inquiry email alerts. Alerts may include the name, reply email and message needed to respond.
Public content and community moderation
Posts and replies may be public when published. Please do not post personal details or sensitive information about others. Content that infringes others' rights or conflicts with our guidelines may be hidden or removed under our moderation standards.
Cookies and external services
This site may use cookies, web beacons or similar technologies for external services such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Google AdSense. IP addresses, browser and device details, and site usage information may be processed for advertising, measurement, service analytics and fraud prevention.
